[ Bless Vietnam for looking out for Genos and his endeavors to have a "good time" or at least to enjoy himself. Though also this speaks poorly of him since when he takes back the money that he had slammed on the table, he almost seemed confused.

[ So quick to violence! And...honestly Genos can't blame for for doing any of those things but he doesn't want to upset the balance. They have been on a pretty good track record of not wrecking any of the alien visitors directly.
And Genos fiddles with the suction cup once more and...very discreetly touches the suction cup to the palm of his hand where his heat beams come from. He warms the suction cup a bit—not too warm where it's obvious but just enough where it'll survive the trip and throws it again hitting the balloon.
It doesn't bounce as quickly off of the balloon this time and looks like it might pop but ultimately doesn't. ]
[ And with the extra cheer from Vietnam, Genos goes to do just that—he'll repeat what he did once before, however just a little bit hotter this time pushing the absolute limit to how hot the tip can get before it truly starts to warp and throws it at the balloon again.
And this time, like magic, it is just enough so where it does indeed puncture the balloon. It's not quite the "pop" that a normal dart would do but it does leak and eventually empty. ]
[That was an amazing display of indiscreet cheating. She does cheer (somehow, in all her usual quiet grace(?)) when Genos successfully punctures the balloon. It's not like it was a loud pop, but the balloon itself was deflated so there's no way that would be counted as failure?
Besides, the vendor looks like he's sweating nervously. He probably realised that if he tried to find any loopholes, he might lose something else important. Since this young man here is Very Strong.]
Y-yeah...that counts! You can...uh, choose your prize! [All of which are weird, some cute, carnival prizes.]
[ Today this vendor has learned a very valuable lesson and that is when you're trying to scam someone, make sure that they're not a cyborg. Or something like that. Actually, don't scam people by doing things like this. That would be the real lesson to be learned here.
